For any questions about this policy or your personal data, write to us at contacto@taramcapital.com.
We only process the data you provide directly or that is generated when using the site. We do not collect data from public sources or from third parties other than you.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive data or data of minors. Please do not include sensitive information in the form.
Under Law No. 19,628, we process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the contact form, and of the actions necessary to provide this site's service (for example, the technical data required for its operation and security). We do not invoke legitimate interest as a legal basis in this version, as that ground will only be available from December 1, 2026 under the new Article 4 of the law.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contacto@taramcapital.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
We keep your data for 24 months from your last contact with us. If during that period an evaluation or investment relationship materializes or remains active, we will keep it for as long as that relationship subsists. Once the period has elapsed, your data will be deleted or anonymized, unless we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We share your data with the following providers, which process the information according to our instructions:
Some of the providers mentioned in Section 6 store or process data outside Chile, in the United States. In particular, our database is hosted in the United States, in the US-West-2 (Oregon) region, through Supabase.
Likewise, loading fonts from Google involves a connection to Google's servers, which may also process data in the United States.
We adopt the contractual safeguards available with each provider to ensure an adequate level of protection, in accordance with Law No. 21,719.
Under Law No. 19,628, you have the right to request access, rectification, cancellation (deletion) and objection with respect to your personal data (ARCO rights).
To exercise them, write to us at contacto@taramcapital.com. We will respond within the timeframes established by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may go to the competent civil court, through the summary procedure provided in Article 16 of Law No. 19,628.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. The internal team accesses this information only through a private, session-protected area.
In the event of a security breach affecting personal data, we will notify the competent authority and, where applicable, the affected data subjects, within a maximum of 72 hours from when we become aware of the incident. We adopt this timeframe as our own standard, ahead of its legal requirement.
We use storage strictly necessary for the operation of the site (for example, to keep the team's private-area session). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
The site loads its fonts (the “Inter” typeface) from Google Fonts, a service provided by Google LLC. To display the fonts, your browser connects to Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so Google may receive your IP address and technical connection data, which it processes in accordance with its own privacy policies.
If we add web analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy.
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes in our practices. We will publish the current version on this page, indicating its version number and update date. This version will be replaced no later than December 1, 2026, the date on which Law No. 21,719 comes into force.
If you have questions about this policy or the processing of your data, write to us at contacto@taramcapital.com.
